Open-ended questions

Open-ended questions engage employees in developing the organization. This happens especially if the answers are handled with care and lead to change. Siqni pays special attention to collecting and reporting the answers to the open-ended questions.

Open-ended questions

Sorted and targeted development suggestions

Respondents are asked to give feedback on three open-ended questions: 1) Which three things are currently implemented especially well? 2) Which three things could be improved to make the workplace even better? 3) At the time when you felt most satisfied with your workplace, what was better than now?

Respondents are asked to tie their answers together with one of the significant factors. Answers are reported by question and sorted according to the significant factor. This makes it a lot easier to look for development ideas and to target the corresponding measures that will be taken.
