Inte f\u00f6r att det inte skulle vara bra business, utan f\u00f6r att vi inte tror att de kommer att gynna organisationer \u00f6ver huvudtaget.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Att m\u00e4ta och samla in data \u00e4r enklare idag \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin. Man kan s\u00e4ga att m\u00e4tning och data har blivit det nya svarta. En \u00e5rlig medarbetarunders\u00f6kning tillsammans med utvecklingssamtal har blivit svordomar f\u00f6r \u201dmoderna\u201d ledare. Allt ska ist\u00e4llet m\u00e4tas i realtid, en g\u00e5ng i veckan eller minst en g\u00e5ng i m\u00e5naden. Man ska ha fingret p\u00e5 pulsen hela tiden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personligen har jag k\u00f6pt, gjort eller s\u00e5lt medarbetarunders\u00f6kningar sedan b\u00f6rjan av 2000-talet. Jag har dock inte sett n\u00e5gon organisation bli b\u00e4ttre enbart av att m\u00e4ta. G\u00e4rningarna \u00e4r de som avg\u00f6r. S\u00e5 har det alltid varit och s\u00e5 kommer det alltid att vara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Det st\u00f6rsta problemet med medarbetarunders\u00f6kningar har alltid varit att de inte leder till en \u00f6nskad f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring. Medarbetarna ger feedback och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringsf\u00f6rslag, men de f\u00f6rst\u00e5s inte eller vill inte f\u00f6rst\u00e5s, eller s\u00e5 hinner dessa inte implementeras mitt i allt annat man jobbar med. Speciellt n\u00e4r det &#8221;enda&#8221; problemet i organisationen verkade vara den interna kommunikationen precis som i alla andra organisationer. Om man verkligen hoppas s\u00e5 har resultaten kanske \u00e4ndrats innan n\u00e4sta m\u00e4tning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Att vi upprepar denna process 12 g\u00e5nger om \u00e5ret kommer inte hj\u00e4lpa oss alls. Visst \u00e4r det bra att s\u00e4ga att vi samlar in data systematiskt, men den enda konkreta f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen som kommer ske \u00e4r att svarsaktiviteten rasar ner. Varf\u00f6r svara p\u00e5 en massa fr\u00e5gor ifall det inte leder n\u00e5gonstans?<\/p>\n<p>En annan sak som kontinuerlig m\u00e4tning leder till \u00e4r att kvaliteten av arbetet av din n\u00e4rmsta chef kommer f\u00f6rs\u00e4mras. Varf\u00f6r fr\u00e5ga m\u00e4nniskorna i teamet hur de m\u00e5r eller hur jag kan hj\u00e4lpa dem n\u00e4r denna information finns i pulsunders\u00f6kningen och i dess olika dashboards. D\u00e4rifr\u00e5n kan man ju s\u00e5 enkelt f\u00e5 allas \u00f6nskem\u00e5l p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng. M\u00e4tningar och data som samlas in i HR- eller rapporteringsportalen kommer ALDRIG att ers\u00e4tta en n\u00e4rvarande n\u00e4rmsta chef. Ledarskapet kan inte outsourcas till en unders\u00f6kning eller portal.<\/p>\n<p>En bra och korrekt gjord medarbetarunders\u00f6kning leder alltid till handling. Det finns trots allt alltid tre centrala faser i medarbetarunders\u00f6kningar: 1) m\u00e4tning, 2) analys och 3) utveckling. De tv\u00e5 f\u00f6rsta av dessa kan utf\u00f6ras \u00e4ven vid en snabb frekvens, men den tredje sl\u00e4par (n\u00e4stan) alltid efter eller sker inte alls.<\/p>\n<p>Det centrala d\u00e5 vi m\u00e4ter medarbetarupplevelsen \u00e4r a) personlighet (jag blev bem\u00f6tt), b) snabb respons (vi observerade detta, vi gjorde detta) och c) att bevaka f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen (hade v\u00e5ra ageranden en p\u00e5verkan). Vardagens brinnande fr\u00e5gor ska dyka upp i vardagliga m\u00f6ten och som en del av det dagliga chefsjobbet. Inte beh\u00f6ver ni n\u00e5gon enk\u00e4t f\u00f6r det.<\/p>\n<p>Naturligtvis kan man fr\u00e5ga anst\u00e4llda hur de m\u00e5r (i stil med Happy-or-Not), men en s\u00e5dan m\u00e4tning lovar ingen f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring. Ifall st\u00e4mningen g\u00e5r ner kan man ju alltid g\u00f6ra en ny enk\u00e4t: \u201dHej alla! Resultatet av v\u00e5r pulsunders\u00f6kning har rasat under den senaste m\u00e5naden. Hj\u00e4lp oss f\u00f6rst\u00e5 varf\u00f6r?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Det enda syftet med personalunders\u00f6kningar \u00e4r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 och utveckla organisationen. Se till att de faktiskt g\u00f6r det. G\u00f6r inte unders\u00f6kningar f\u00f6r unders\u00f6kningens skull. G\u00f6r dem inte f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ut en massa data. Bara g\u00e4rningar f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrar v\u00e4rlden.
