This report will tell you how satisfied the respondents currently feel (the average here is 79). To benchmark this experience, we ask what the employees’ satisfaction was at the point when they felt most satisfied in their careers (in this case the average was 92). Besides the average, from the chart we can also see what percentage of the respondents are situated on each part of the scale (0-100).
Organizations want “familiar” and “easy” indexes. That’s why we investigate employee satisfaction with two basic indexes: employee satisfaction and employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is an internationally comparable recommendation index, where the employee replies to the question on a scale of 1-10: “How likely are you to recommend this company as a workplace to a friend or a colleague?”
